This dataset, Burgos: Procedimientos judiciales militares TMT4, which includes 17,118 records from military judicial proceedings in the province of Leon, is derived from an alphabetical list of names, which extends to 259 pages, published in PDF format by the Archivo Intermedio Militar Noroeste (Northwest Intermediary Military Archive) under the title Procedimientos Judiciales incoados por la Justicia Militar a raíz de la Guerra Civil y durante la etapa franquista del Tribunal Militar Territorial 4º. Provincia de Burgos. This tribunal, based in A Coruña, was responsible for the provinces which today comprise the following autonomous communities: Asturias; Cantabria; Castilla & Leon (provinces of Ávila, Burgos, León, Palencia, Salamanca, Soria, Valladolid, Zamora); La Rioja; País Vasco (Vizcaya, Álava and Guipúzcoa).
